The biggest startup competition in Slovakia announced its 12 finalists. All the projects will try hard to convince the jury at the final StartupAwards.SK event on December 2nd.
Last weekend, the Bootcamp with 23 projects and several mentors took place. The mentors shared their experience and knowledge, whereas the participants worked hard on their presentations. Three minutes was the time for the pitch with additional two minutes for questions from the jury.
The final event, where the finalists will get a chance to address the international jury as well as potential investors and customers, is taking place on December 2nd, 2016 in Bratislava’s Istropolis venue.
Reshma Sohoni, the co-founder and Partner of Seedcamp, Max Kelly, the Managing Director of Techstars, Eran Wagner, the Managing Partner at Gemini Israel Funds, and Bindi Karia, the Vice President at Silicon Valley Bank, are some of the names the final pitch jury will consist of.
Based on the presentation, level of innovation and the phase of the startup, these 12 projects made it to the finals:
Digital: Agent Balance, eDocu, Pygmalios
Art & Design: Biocultivator, Crafting Plastics, Maguss Wand
Science: brain:it, GroupSolver, MultiplexDX
Society: STEMI, Karmadilo, COrvus
