Do you have an idea for IT solution that has a potential to solve a real world problem? Apply for the IBM Hackathon 2017.
Come, build your mobile or web app, game or creative visualization, present it in front of a jury and compete for a prize that is worth! Besides meeting a lot of inspiring innovators and entrepreneurs, you will have a chance to learn from a domain experts who will hold a series of workshops throughout the event.
IBM Hackathon is a 24-hour event where programmers, designers and researchers build innovative solutions for real world problems.
You are free to register as a team of 2-5 people or register as an individual. Teams will be nominated based on the project description (continue with registration to provide description of your idea). The topic is open, you can use any software tools to build your solution.
Teams can compete in the “Best Project” contest for which the prize is 5000 EUR. The teams who use at least one service from IBM Bluemix or the IBM Watson AI can also compete in “Best use of IBM technology” category, the prize for this is 3000 EUR. Teams can compete in both categories at the same time.
All projects will be reviewed for their viability and impact. The winner will be announced at the IBM FEST 2017.
