Today we have a bit special episode. Our very good colleague and friend Viktor Stefanak took the place and interviewed our third guest who is Mr. Andrej Zsoldos, a Deal Advisory Manager at KPMG.

Andrej has been a member of the KPMG Mergers & AcquisitionsTeam since 2011.

He has worked on dozens of projects and assisted diverse Slovak companies in selling their business or raising finance for expansion.

Andrej has supported many Slovak startups in preparing business plans, addressing diverse financing matters and shaping negotiation strategies for constructive communication with investors.
